Needled!

It was sunny and quite warm though Val and I had our coats on to sit outside when she came for coffee. They are going to Skye with their caravan next week so we discussed places for walks. I think she must have forgotten it is English half term so it will be even busier than usual.

My chauffeur drove me to Alnwick to Michael the acupuncturist. He used to teach English with Katy but took a change
in direction. The needles are in my leg to treat my tennis elbow.

I’m feeling a bit sleepy - I don’t know if that’s the result of the treatment or with me having had a couple of White Ladies and a Jolly Jackal last night.
