Coaltit?

This little one flew into our back porch this morning but with Mr C’s encouragement it wandered off out. We’ve seen adults flying in and out of a bit of our dry stone wall. A local National Park worker who paints birds think it is a coaltit.

#3 daughter came with the children. After holding up their latest art work and in Nathaniel’s case, naming all the Pokemon characters he’d drawn. And telling a story about each one. His favourite book just now is his mum’s 20 year old Lonely Planet to East Africa - he’s going to have to sell a lot of his plants to pay for that.

Then they climbed the walls to get out of the garden into the wood where they played all afternoon, climbing trees and playing pretend games. It was great to see them. We hope to somehow get together outside in a distance for Mr C’s birthday next week.

So happy for friends in Scotland that they can meet outside now. It all seems so much more organised and straightforward than the myriads of information/ suggestions/ directions/ rules / guidelines / requests we have been given. Which one for which situation? Who knows and how many
even are aware?
