Lazy Blip Day, I wanted to watch Prince Philips Funeral so everything needed to be done & dusted by midday.
Clare went off to work, Paddy got walked mid morning, and Sam was flitting about sorting her stuff out.
I settled down in front of the TV and as the coverage began I found myself thinking that there are very few countries, if any, that do pomp and majesty like we do.
Following advice from a friend I watched the compacted, one hour, version later in the day as well. That coverage showed the coffin descending into the crypt.
A memorable and moving day.
