It rained overnight, I’m not sure I remember the last time it rained, I guess I have come to associate the lockdown with good weather.

So we are to have a further three weeks of lockdown, as soon as it was confirmed I spoke to our daughter who is isolated almost alone on the East London University campus in Beckton, East London, essential travel or not, if Sam decides she wants to come home I will go and get her.

Shopping, reading and TV were the order of the day for Clare and I, a day to draw breath after the first three weeks, a day with no DIY or work from the ‘Job List’.

Great excitement in the evening, Joshua arrived for ten days leave. Long journey for him, Kinloss to Falmouth, but great to have him home.

One thing I did notice today in the rain, the number of people exercising has reduced!
