Late snow

The temperature plummeted overnight and there was even a smattering of snow. There was an argument at the fish van when Patrique congratulated  England for their rugby win last week because "les Anglais jouent jusqu'a la fin" (the English play right to the end.) I said the French played the better rugby but he would not hear of it. It is who wins that counts!  At this he was  rounded upon by those in the queue who disagreed and said that the French were robbed due to a forward pass! It is well to remember that rugby is a religion in South West France! I am spoiled today with rugby, football and cricket to watch.
