My Square Metre #24 Watch the Birdie

A funny ol night, post our vaccinations, we were both a bit hot, then a bit cold, hub felt rough this morning.....but perked up after breakfast. When I got downstairs I noticed it felt quite chilly.....we have been leaving the heating on overnight, around 13/14 degrees,
just to keep the chill off.....the radiators where stone cold! Boiler error message F22, low water pressure, auto switch off!!! :-0

Couldn't get through to our engineers, were constantly engaged, so to the manufacturers website, found a link to their youtube self help videos.. ..& hey presto, who's a clever girl ;-) all fixed, thank goodness, especially as hub has been a bit shivery and a bit hot today! Hoping it will pass quickly as he should be going for a CT scan tomorrow lunchtime :-/ Ive had an achey arm and felt a bit heavy legged but ok.

This youngster was helping itself to breakfast in the rain mid morning....since this is my view most mornings thought Id make this my "Square Metre" for the current Blip Community challenge.

We spent part of the morning on the new jigsaw, a panoramic of the Prague skyline. A mid morning coffee and biscuit. Friend nextdoor delivered some shopping for me, singing the old Hovis advert tune ;-) as he walked up the path lol. Hub chatted on the phone with middle son for a while, before daughter delivered todays meals on wheels, hubs choice today was fish & chips :-) really nice again, as last time.

Ive sorted out an upgrade on my phone over the phone this afternoon. My handset is old and the battery keeps dying, not ideal as things are. A technician is coming to the house on Sunday and will remotely transfer everything from old to new & sanitise before passing over new phone....a free service done whilst sat in their van, a new service, who knew?!!

Hub has been a bit off this evening, cold & hot, but has settled again. I am sure its the vaccine, but am keeping an eye on his temperature......going to give it recommended 24-48hrs to settle down.......he's currently eating chocolate whilst watching football!

Dont think we will be having dinner this evening, still full from lunchtime, maybe a little snack later on.

I did get two bunches of daffies in my shopping today, something colourful to blip in a day or two hopefully!

End of another week......we are looking forward to getting the next 4 days out of the way, fingers crossed!
