Waiting for the all clear

We were both awake at 1.30, it felt really mild! I trundled downstairs to make a drink, horlicks for hub and a cuppa tea for me. We did get off to sleep properly after that. The binmen woke us around 7.45 ut we went off again, woke up 9.30, so we don't feel too bad. Hub had porridge for breakfast, I had fruit & yogurt.

Hubs been pretty good today, hasnt needed any anti sickness meds, not quite so tired, had a shower, brought the wheelie bin in from the road, put the pots in water and decided to start a new jigsaw. I did some ironing.....still some to clear though, im not as efficient as hub in keeping on top of it ;-)

We had tomatoes and bacon on toast for lunch and later afternoon coffee and a cookie.

Later we readied ourselves for our visit to the local vaccination centre for our jabs at 4.30pm. All so well orgsnised, easy to park, to waiting, both straight into "pod" to receive our vaccination. All very painless too. Todays blip is hub sat patiently waiting for his 15 minutes to pass post injection.....we were both fine and good to go.

Dinner this evening is homemade flsky pasty topped chicken pies, a few fries and petit pois.
I can smell them cooking ;-)

Hubs currently looking for 3 missing atraight edge pieces that we, issed when sorting earlier........the outline is all but done :-)

A free day tomorrow before 3 appointments in 4 days .......but then we will have a proper breather :-))
