Not everybody hates doing the messages!

Daughter number 2 is always up to nonesense and she was at her mischevious best this morning while we were doing the messages. I get the feeling that she is going to be a handful as she gets bigger, but in a brilliant way!

What an amazing RPM class this morning. I am quite literally beaming from ear to ear as I write this. I have also lost a wee bit of my voice! Track 5 is the interval track and last week the Stupendous one split us into team A and team B for the last attacks. This week she spiced things up a bit by creating a gender divide with boys v girls. We have a group exercise Facebook group page set up and there was a lot of good natured banter and trash talking going on last night. This morning it hit fever pitch with shouts, whoops and cheers throughout the whole class reaching a crescendo of noise when track 5 finally came along.

I so love group exercise classes, there is nothing that comes close to the kinship of the participents and I have made some friendships with both the instructors who take the classes and people who participate in them that I know are going to last me for the rest of my life. There are some amazing people teaching these classes and bringing it week after week and keeping us all motivated. They push me to achieve things that would be impossible without them. They totally ROCK!!
