My other girls!!

What a beautiful morning for my cycle to the coalface this morning. Beautiful sunny skies were the order of the day. I had a wee moment where I nearly considered on cheating on Miranda with one of the ladies pictured but when I realised that I had forgotten to take a week's worth of coalface uniform with me on Friday when I journeyed by automobile then all adulterous thoughts were banished. Only on Miranda can I carry two pairs of trousers and 5 shirts without arriving like they had been ironed by a blind man with nought but a cricked bat.

Got up early for a wee run this morning. It was the first morning for a while that the temperature has been in the minus. I did about 4.5 miles at 9 mins per mile. Can safely say that the ankle, although still a wee bit tight, is just about back to normal. That can only mean 1 thing, back to Body Step tomorrow morning with the awesome EMC (early morning crew).
