2020 Sunday — Grands & Great-Grands

Our granddaughter Desiree’s husband, Justin, returned from many months of deployment with the U.S. Navy back on Thursday, September 3. We are having lots of fun watching Desiree’s social media as they enjoy one another.

These photos are at Miramar Lake in San Diego near where they live. Tristan is 13 and in (online) 8th grade, Jade is 4 and in (online) preschool, and Emillia (pronounced Amelia) is 1 1/2.

We saw them several times back in June when Des and the kids were staying in Norco at Des’s other grandparents house while her grandparents are in Arkansas. The house in Norco has a nice pool and was a great place for Des and the kids to “shelter-in-Place” and have lots of fun. The house is very close to our SoCal home.

Here on the Central Coast today, we were basically fogged-in, so we did something we rarely do, we stayed inside all day and did not take the pups out for a walk. We just weren’t mentally ready for a cold day in September.
