2021 Monday — Absolutely Autumn

I knew when we woke-up early this morning that once again our weather was changing. The omnipresent fog had dissolved; the overcast was high, and the horizon on the Pacific Ocean was visible.

The constantly changing cloud formations and the water’s surface transitioning from steel gray to dull aluminum, and then bright chrome were quite entertaining all morning. The afternoon sun diminished the clouds to wisps.

Late afternoon found us walking our two pups on Morro Bay’s Embarcadero from Tidelands Park to the Estero Inn, which is next to the Morro Bay Yacht Club, and then back to our car. The dock at the yacht club looked quite busy.

P.S. Thinking about clouds — I really like the paraphrase that Eugene Peterson wrote in The Message Bible in the Old Testament book of Psalms in chapter 57 verse 10 “Every cloud is a flag to your (God’s) faithfulness.” God is faithful!
