Half a camel, a peacock, and a hare

Having an extraordinarily good yoga teacher for the last three days or so has been wonderful, the downside is that regular practice with a regular teacher, however competent, just feels lacking something.
For the first time I understood the principle and process behind the camel, we only did a half one, and in passing the pose of the peacock was mentioned. I have just looked this up and I have decided that I will replace my long term (a decade) handstand goal with the peacock. Its a sort of lying down handstand, and still requires strength, stamina and some courage.
A very wet journey home which took almost three hours due to the weather and a diversion just before the motorway. No outdoor blipping opportunities.
Before I left Higham I committed to a pastel course in November. I already have the programme and two of the four sessions are called "building up fur" which relates to the hare theme. So two and half days of drawing/pastelling a hare; it will good to have another singularity of purpose after all this time
