Sunday Soup!
Here is the base for my Sunday soup - olive oil, garlic, carrots, celery, chilli flakes, pancetta and chorizo. Add to this 1 tin each of Chickpeas, Borlotti beans, Cannellini beans and Green Lentils. Add a litre and a half of stock and pop it in the slow cooker for a few hours. Lunch sorted for the week!!
