Keeping the worker sweet.....

The weather warnings were spot on for a change; what a wild night! Thankfully no sign of any damage caused by the wind and the power stayed on too.
Still rather breezy today and along with some very hard hailstones it made for a very 'refreshing' walk this morning!
Mr Cakes continues with the flooring and real progress seems to be getting made; looking forward to getting our living room back and some sense of order bring restored. For a wee while anyway!
Copious amounts of tea and coffee appear to be required when fitting a new floor so a few homemade biscuits made today to keep the worker happy.
