Best seat in the house.

We are expecting a really wet and windy evening; lots of severe weather warnings in place so getting my priorities right: I've got the dinner on and I'm getting my blip in!
If anywhere is going to get a power cut then it seems to be us. Add in living in a remote kind of area and long journey times for engineers and we've had to get prepared for 'no electricity' evenings. We have plenty torches, candles and a wee stove so we manage fine really but the worst thing is the loss of wifi!!!
The dogs are really enjoying the chaos especially the settee in the kitchen situation. I sat down with that all important first coffee of the day and immediately had the two of them on my knee. They were very cute all snuggled up together and not in the least bit heavy, lol!
