New Years Day

A lovely day. A well organised decent friendly sociable fresh walk in beautiful surroundings and with beautiful people. What more could we ask for (other than for all of our lot to have been there ...)

But we gathered a few more of ours before heading off to one of the friend’s houses for the evening and that was beautiful too.

Grateful for dear friends. (If I call good friends ‘dear’, does that make me old-lady sounding ... ??? I think it might)

And the extra is very similar to other years!!! I can’t think why.
