Tuesday

Sat and coloured all morning, then went to the Anxiety class. Found it quite hard to participate today. 
After I tried a coffee and a read of my book. I am taking ages to read just now as I lose concentration. 

Tomorrow I am taking Mum to the hospital for her to get her cataract removed. You can't make it up the way it's going just now.
