Thursday

I was up at 5.30am.
Phoned Dr for appt at 8am.
Spoke to him at 9am. Convinced him to keep my meds the same dosage this week.
Back to bed.
Woke at 12. 
A very short walk at 2 with a friend
Back to the sofa. 

My body hurts, I can hardly move. I feel like a walking zombie. Yesterday and my weird sleep pattern  has broken me. 

As my friend and I turned the corner from my house we came upon this. A pheasant? It then ran along the road and disappeared.
