Monday

Happy Monday! Not! 

I woke really early and couldn't get back to sleep. 
Headed into town for my psychotherapy appt. You don't need to guess what I spoke about. 
So many conflicting thoughts in my head. 

The rest of the day was spent trying to read my book and colouring.
