Family Time

It was a leisurely start to the day in the Euan Bubble then, whilst Becky caught up with some sleep and Euan had some Dad Magic time, I went out for a breath of air and a walk over to the hardware store and to Wholefoods to pick up some things we needed.

After a delicious lentil vegetable soup lunch created by Becky we were about to go for our first outing (the first to the Carpet Workroom didn't count) to the reserve for a walk when Euan went in to full production mode.  Several nappy changes and Dad t-shirt change later we were packed into the car with the buggy and off for a well earned, stress relieving stroll with the stroller in the woods.  You forget how much equipment babies need!

The spag bol has now been gently simmering on the stove for a couple of hours and the apartment is in to pre Euan bedtime mode. 

In another universe, the urban event Tony was controlling today in Liverpool has gone well and he's now home and preparing for joining us on Tuesday, according to Jen he's a 'giddy grandad'!
