Nearly there

Just a month ago I might have had serious doubts about the completion anytime soon of the construction changes taking lace in Romsey market place., but the appearance today was encouraging.
Public seating benches are in place, spots apparently ready for planting of trees, and most construction and road making equipment already removed.
Well, almost! As. Approached the Market Place today I spotted a car moving from one of the three parking spaces still available. Fortunately there was nothing behind me at the time, so I hovered waiting to jump into the vacant space.
What I had not anticipated was the two workmen moving in with barriers as soon as the car moved, ready to block off the parking space! Later, when I returned there was construction plant in the parking space, protected by the barriers.
Still, full marks for the changing face of the Market Place. Admittedly, initially I had my doubts, but I am happy to admit I admire and now welcome the changing face!
