cake

Paul, one of our trainees at work, was making a vegan cake today as part of his Dynamic Youth Award. It was the first vegan cake ever made at The Usual Place and the first cake I've ever been able to try. I don't eat cake very often so a small piece went a long way. Chocolate with coffee icing and strawberries...everybody in the kitchen and front of house had a wee taste and they all gave it the thumbs up. well done Paul!
