My lovely friend Lizzie moved down to Yorkshire in 2017 and I haven't seen her since last May when I visited her and her husband Frank on their narrowboat near Chorley. (See this blip from then).

Lizzie is in Dumfries for the weekend to attend the Ukulele Festival of Scotland ("the Rolls Royce of Ukulele Festivals") and I met her just after she had arrived at the station. We went to The Usual Place (where else?) and then she was off to stay with family in Moniaive.

It was lovely to catch y up in person, though of course I always know what Lizzie is up to as she blips every day - With A Song In My Heart.
