Luke found a nest in the woods - just a hollow in the moss at ground level - with six eggs in it. He saw the mother bird fly out - most probably a wren. The eggs seemed very vulnerable.

We have visited once a day to check on the nest and the eggs have hatched out. Now its the nestlings which are vulnerable...
