The View...

.....from the Shard today. My second time for this amazing experience and it was as good as the first! So much to see...to search for and find. Have a go ...here and in one of my extras. The other extra is the view from the Ladies, one full length glass wall!

Gail and I enjoyed this treat on a very clear day and afterwards had an afternoon tea in Café Rouge in Hay’s Galleria.

It was fascinating to see London Bridge station from the 72nd floor of the Shard and then to use it for our homeward journeys. It’s a station we use often. The reconfiguration of the lines in and out of that station over several years has been incredible resulting in a very spacious layout and easier access to the new platforms.

A lovely gift of a day!
