Encouragement

There is nothing more encouraging than seeing Families playing or competing in something and enjoying it. This is from the First Race of our Run Timaru 2019 5k Run and Walk series. Glenda one of the Ladies I coach, ran a new PB tonight with a 30.09 minute run, I can see a sub thirty by the end of the series.
