Running computer

The technology is very advanced today in sports watches. My Polar M400 is not just a watch, it is classified as a running computer. It calculates my distance run every 10m, I have a Wifi Heart Rate Monitor that syncs with the watch, it has built in GPS that will upload when plugged into my PC. It does a whole range of things and when uploaded to my Polar Programme it will do a whole analysis of my run. The watch on the left is my very first running watch, it also had a wireless Heart Rate Monitor not overly accurate and would only record one run at a time and I would have to upload any information Manually
