Holy Mosses!

I opened a charity calendar this morning from ex-blipper Glicious and nearly had a heart attack when this appeared on my lap.
I am glad to say it is plastic.

SWMBO is still unwell so I spent a wee bit of time at the lathe.
The result is a demonstration disk with an offset hollow (it makes showing how the top spins easier at shows and somebody bought my other one on Wednesday)  -- and an Olive Wood box (I think the dramatic lighting in this shot shows off the matching grain a bit better).
