The Final Morning, Brighton

It was the final morning of our short break to Brighton, so on the way back to the car we had to the obligatory walk along the seafront. The light again was wonderful - that late autumn/early winter sunshine that is both sharp and invigorating. The main shot and the first two extras were taken on this delightful stroll.
On the journey back we stopped off in Lewes for a quick coffee and a visit to the Polish (!) crockery shop called Baltica. Their wares are so distinctive and beautifully made that we often buy bits and pieces whenever we pass through the town.
The last extra is my first Christmas shot - a sort of behind the scenes image of the Homebase seasonal window.
