A Close Eye For Detail, Brighton

A much better day today weather wise. The sun was out , the sky blue and the howling wind had died down (Thank God!). We did much more walking, which included a trek from Kemptown all the way to Hove for lunch. Along the way I took quite a few images (see the extras for a few of them).
Brighton is such a vibrant place colour wise and there is a lot of wonderful street art from graffiti to posters and flyers (today's main shot). While on our stroll I was stopped by a strange looking man who said "Oi, mate, I see you have an expensive camera - are you busy, could you spare ten minutes to take some photographs?" Let's just say I decided I was too busy. He then just started to walk off while saying "Never mind, mate - by the way I'm Spiderman"!!!!
After our long walk out to Hove we needed a rest and found a lovely pub for a nice sit and read of the papers. In the evening we located a really old school Italian restaurant that looked like it hadn't changed in decades. The food was great, particularly the tiramisu which was fantastic (our test of an Italian is always how good the tiramisu is!). All in all a rather excellent day.
