Gift money cannot buy!

Got this lovely birthday present today and I have to say that it is definitely one of the best birthday presents that I have ever had. I am definitely going to have to take a copy of the CD as I am 100% sure that I will burn a hole in it by overplaying it in the car. An enermous thanks to a very special and inspirational lady.

A wee early rise tomorrow for a run. I like to keep at least one day for an outside run in the winter to keep my hand in although having entered the Notorious Night Run, think that I will need to up my running game a bit. Checking the weather tonight, I think it is going to be absolutely baltic. Hat, scarf and gloves have been looked out but I still cannot bring myself to wear a jacket no matter how cold it gets.
