Cromlech
Not a very French looking word, the etymology of the word seems to be Welsh, although I imagine it has made its way into the French language through the medium of Breton.
Our last day on the Causse and this is one of the cromlechs (stone circles) that we have seen. Look carefully in the background and you can see the standing stones circling around to the left.
The drive back was slow and steady with the chosen restaurant for lunch being closed on Wednesday - closing days of restaurants has become a bit of a theme of this micro-holiday.
