BB is off to visit the Memsahib to celebrate her 89th birthday.

So I've had a fry up for my tea, which will be followed by a giant pack of M&M's, a glass or two of Merlot and an evening with the The Dark Knight while lying on the sofa with The Wonder Dog..

It's fine, she'll never find out.


Beans, mushroom and peanuts all count towards my five a day and wine is only crushed grapes after all.
