Gatecrashers!

We both did some desk work in the morning and after a late afternoon walk around the famous Sunday 'hippy market' in Ipanema, we had lunch of grilled prawns and chips at Manuel & Juaquim's round the corner.  As we were leaving, this street party bbq was happening right opposite the restaurant.  We somehow got invited to join in (standing out like sore thumbs of course!) and found out that they do it every year on this Sunday to celebrate being neighbours.  We left after an hour or so, but I'm sure the party went on much longer!
