Apple & celeriac soup with hazelnuts

I have scoured all the local shops for celeriac this past week and had almost given up hope of seeing one. I bought a butternut squash as my plan B, but finally, the last green-grocer I went to had a few - hurrah. I snapped them up, and this is the result. It's very thick, mild, and soothing.
