Bumbler

Bumped into Mel on my way to the allotment, who was just taking Noisette out for a walk so joined me in order to come and visit our plot. I was therefore able to unload a quantity of green beans and a couple of courgettes (still having plenty of both at home in the fridge)! Dave eventually appeared with more treats for the little blighters. After I got home I had an unexpectedly long and possibly fruitful phone call - means I'll have to whisk about assembling various blurbs and info to send off.

The bumblebee was so heavy that she weighed down the petals of the poppies when she landed on one, and even detached one completely with her weight. She seemed to be enjoying them mightily.
