Delicious, nutritious, kale

Curly, Dinosaur, Siberian, Red Russian - these are the varieties of kale that I can get either from my own veg patch or through my veg box delivery.

Today's salad is made with Red Russian, to which I've added red pepper sauce, red dwarf tomatoes and olives, garnished with mixed sea veg. and avocados.

The dwarf tomatoes come from a green fingered friend - they have that wonderful, greenhouse smell and an inimitable flavour. A late summer treat - bless you, Keith.
