Real tomato soup + sea veg

I was called to work unexpectedly today so I had to think quick about my lunch. I glanced at the bunch of almost overripe tomatoes sitting on the sideboard and thought what could be simpler than soup.

I didn't have any miso to enrich the stock so the sea veg stood in for it with a saltiness and tang all of its own. Fortunately it did compliment the tomato flavour.

All done in 5 mins; the bonus of raw.
