The greener, the better: parsley water

It's hard work using up a bunch of parsley merely as garnish. I treat it like a vegetable and use it as a base for a blended drink instead. This morning it was combined with cucumber, clelery and half an apple. I enjoyed the frothy result (but don't do this with small children around - it scares them).
