One day old

We were immediately smitten and so in love the second we saw her. Delicate skin chafed from being an excellent nurser, bundled up like a little log, happy as a clam. We took turns holding her and just gazing at the little miracle. Mum, dad and Nora Joanne are all tucked in together in a cozy hospital room. Sarah is in pain, but well medicated from her c-section, up and around after a fairly restful night. They will probably all go home on Sunday or Monday. We'll all pitch in to help the little family and our great niece.
