Wren at work

No crane needed for this wren nest renewal project. The wren couple is  busy this fine morning, singing away with Mr is showing off his nest construction prowess. The wren gent often builds a couple of nests with the inspection and final wing of approval up to Mrs. Jenny Wren.

When I first went out this morning I was greeted by chipping chipmunks  squawking wrens and raucous jays. The culprit was a longhaired black feline sneaking about in the bushes. I sent it on it's way and things finally went back to a normal volume.

Extra, a much crisper wren with construction materials, but without the motion charm of my blip choice.
