Mahia Peninsula

Near the top of Hawke Bay is another peninsula , Mahia, with
near white cliffs. They looked spectacular with the sun on as we rounded a corner and look across so stopped for a wide angle view. The sun clouded over but still worth a blip.
On the other side it was quite different with surf rolling in.
Right at the end of the peninsula is a rocket launching site for low Earth orbit. Still in the testing phase it is a first for New Zealand.
