Coffee date

Katie had been promised B would pick her up and they'd go for a babyccino together as a reward for some really good efforts. Today was that day. Katie had a fabulous time - both at Costa and then afterwards for her lesson. B is staggered at the difference the new hand/thumb rest has made to Katie's playing. And pushed her (just the right amount) this lesson as a result. She did amazing!! They had some fun music games going on when I arrived. They were having musical "conversations" between their clarinets, they were playing "catch", they were looking at and improvising around the Dorian mode on C... they were giggling away when I arrived!
