From the deck

The sky tower was bathed by the golden light from the sun dropping below the horizon. A shot of the sun just as it appeared to touch the thick bank of clouds above the horizon is my extra for today.

Today was hard. Almost ten hours, and lunch was taken while writing notes. I am looking forward to having the month of January to myself. Working full time in the inpatient unit is tiring emotionally and physically, leavened by the success of being able to send home someone, who has responded quickly and substantially to treatment of a severe depression.
