Lone Star birthday cake

I spent the day in conference rooms at an inner city hotel. The annual congress of the ANZAPPL. Some interesting presentations, especially those relating to the conference theme; The Perils of Belief. 

Left before the social hour so I could join Young L and the family at the Lone Star cafe in Newmarket for his birthday dinner. Nine years old today. The cafe gave him a free drink, a free meal, and the birthday cake.

I have added an extra taken with my camera by daughter J; Granny and Grandpa with Young L.
