Bracing......

....wind but beautiful sunshine in Eastbourne today. 

We escorted Jill in her wheelchair around Sovereign Harbour and had a delicious lunch overlooking the amazing show of yachts moored there. She was great company and the time went far too quickly.

After saying our goodbyes, we drove to the front and found a free parking place before walking the length of the prom, the pier and up to The Wish Tower, helped along by a very strong off shore breeze! Walking back we fought against it!
This place has so many memories!

My extra shows it WAS warm enough to sunbathe, so long as you were lying down so the wind passed over you! We didn't this time...

I did have some delicious Harry Ramsden chips though....
