 Looking forward to my SHINE night walk for Cancer Research coming up in September! I have been sent the T-Shirt and been doing the training...now to begin getting the sponsorship.....

This year, a half marathon, next year the marathon I hope. Walking in company is good! The time and miles just disappear...

A great walk round Norman Park this evening. It was busy with football training, lots of fellow walkers and cyclists. We noticed the nights are definitely drawing in and have brought forward our start time.
