Garden

I love my garden at this time of year.

Well Mr C, that well-renowned medic, (not) was wrong and I don't have gout. The GP thinks my painful foot is most likely arthritis and I've had an X-ray for confirmation. Apparently there's not a lot of movement in my toes and there's nothing I can do about fixing the condition. All advice and suggestions welcome.

I'm hoping I won't have to travel with the bags on my forthcoming Inntravel walking holiday in Italy. I can put up with the pain for about 8 miles but after that I'm struggling as well as limping. We have some 15 mile days.
