Artichoke

We had a lazy start, as last night we treated S and M to a meal out, for his birthday treat. This morning Mike helped me sort out a few IMac issues, for which I'm very grateful. Let's hope I can remember it all by the time I get a minute to get back on the machine, as we have Ella and Nathaniel come tomorrow till Thursday.

S and M cooked a lovely lunch and their eldest brought her 6 week old baby Frankie to visit. Like all 6 week old babies - he is a baby. We had a lovely afternoon admiring him, and now we are home unpacking and sorting out for our grandchildren's stay.

The blip is a leaf of Sheila's enormous artichoke plant. It's very decorative though takes up a lot of space.
