Sunday walk..

It's been a lovely day. Sunny and warm, although a breeze did get us later..

Chores done, and cereal for breakfast while listening to the Archers omnibus. Then out to the polytunnel and cleared another two beds. Then spent an hour refitting the glass in the greenhouse, adding silicon to hold it in. This should be better during the winter storms. Should have done it when I put it up, but needed to get it up and running. Did all the front side. Ends and roof still to do..

Tanni was getting bored, so we gathered the glass recycling, and drove to the recycling point. Then drove down to the pier and parked. Armet with tripod, camera, and two lenses, my 10-20mm wide angle, and 70-300mm telephoto, and release cable.

Walked out over the wild shore, with views across the bay to Scouriemore. As we got further out, the views of Stoer point and the Old Man got better. We passed a couple of pebble beaches, always exploring for treasures, and climbed up to great view points. Eventually made it right out the the end where the coast heads N to Tarbet and Croftcrafts. Had great views from here to S to Stoer, N to Kinlochbervie, and E to Scourie Bay. I've included these as extra shots, but the one that won out today was this shot of Tanni waiting for me to throw her favourite stick that she found on one of the beaches.

One or more of these shots may make it into our 2016 calendar!..
